CareControl is a comprehensive database system designed specifically for childcare agencies to streamline the processing tasks of provider payments, family fees, and management of child care service related paper documents, as well as generating extensive data reports.
Using true relational database as the foundation to store information, CareControl is suitable for any deployment scenario. For large agency with multiple sites and many concurrent users accessing the system, we recommend Microsoft SQL Server standard edition, for smaller agency we can provide CareControl based on Microsoft SQL Desktop Engine (MSDE).
Usability
CareControl adopts standard Windows-based software application user interface. It is designed to create a user-friendly experience by integrating user’s daily windows operation preference into the program. User only needs minimum training effort to get started with CareControl.
